The Links – All homes are on beautiful, well maintained pieces of property. A community with many trees, lakes, and lovely landscaping, it is well lit at night by electric lights. Some of the homes are on lakes, some back up to a preserve, and others have the Palm-Aire Country Club Golf Course for a view. Common green areas are maintained by the Association except the streets and cul-de-sac, which is maintained by Manatee Country. A five person board of directors govern and manage the community.
