Timberlake Village – OUR LITTLE CORNER OF THE WORLD

You will find Timberlake Village in the northwest corner of Palm-Aire as you enter from University Parkway.We are 80 custom built homes nestled around three streets and a small lake.

The community was developed in the early 1980’s and its original residents were new retirees.Even though many of the original residents still live here, today we are becoming more diverse with younger families and children.Together we enjoy the variety of homes, spacious lots, wide streets and well-maintained lawns of our neighborhood.

We have an active Homeowners’ Association.Our entrances, wall and lake are maintained through the efforts of the Association, residents and dedicated volunteers who take pride in our community.
