Lakeside Woods – is a small close knit community of 25 single family homes near the southern University Park Blvd entrance of the “Greater Palm Aire Community.”  Off of Withfield Road, on Lakeside Woods Circle, each home has either a golf course view (Palm Aire Country Club Lakes Course 6th green or 7thtee and fairway) or a preserve view.  The deed restricted community is self-managed by an elected Home Owners Association (HOA) board of 5 residents.   Through sound fiscal management, quarterly maintenance fees remain low (currently $475/quarter) and provide lawn and shrub maintenance, irrigation, as well as fertilization and pest control.
