WELCOME TO THE CLUB VILLAS II WEBSITE HISTORY

THE CLUB VILLAS II AT PALM AIRE CONDONIINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, better known as Club Villas II, a Deed Restricted Community, was incorporated in December 1988 and development began that year. The site was previously occupied by the former DeSoto Lakes Golf and Country Club which was razed after the present Palm Aire Country Club was built in 1985.Club Villas II was developed by LFRDC-L. F. Rossignol Development Corporation. The Building Contractor was Tandem Construction Company. The area comprises thirteen acres and has a total of forty villas with thirty four buildings being double units and two buildings being three units.After the roadways were constructed in 1988, the Club House and Swimming Pool were built. The first building (units #5602 and5604) was also built in 1988 with the remaining buildings constructed over the next few years. The last building was completed in 1994.Most Units have a similar floor plan with a two car garage, three bedrooms, ample closet space including two walk-in closets, two bathrooms, lanai, kitchen patio and atrium.

GOVERNENCE

The Developer turned Club Villas II over to the Association in 1992. The first Board of Directors was elected at that time.The Associations governing documents, The By-Laws & The Rules and Regulations are updated periodically.
