Club Villas I

Welcome to Club Villas at Palm Aire, located on Palm Aire Lane. We are a small condominium association of 25 paired villas, most looking over the Champions golf course of Palm Aire Country Club. Located on a small private street, we have a pool with a full kitchen. We really are a neighborhood. We tend to know our neighbors, look out for one another and enjoy varied activities from pool parties to hors d’oeuvre at our charming, newly refurbished gazebo. We are situated just around the corner from the Palm Aire Country Club Clubhouse, and are extraordinarily convenient to the Mall at UTC, Interstate 75, SRQ Airport, the Ringling Museum, and downtown Sarasota with all its cultural amenities, fine dining, and varied shopping locations.
