Broadmoor Pines – The subdivision, entirely within a cul-de-sac, consists of 40 custom built homes, all with pools and all with Palm-Aire Country Club’s “Lakes Golf Course” views. This area is located two blocks east of Palm-Aire Country Club’s club house, tennis, pool and exercise facilities. It has an active, community-minded homeowners association which endeavors to foster the safety, upkeep and beautification of our subdivision and the welfare of our members.

Broadmoor Pines Homeowners Association was Incorporated on December 15, 1987. Covenants and Amendments, recorded on various earlier dates, are strictly enforced by bylaws that were recorded on July 28, 1988. The first homes were built in 1983 and the balance of homes were constructed later in the eighties through the early 1990’s.

Activities vary from year to year. The Association has always had two association dinners each year. Golf outings and neighborhood festivities, including cook outs and various holiday parties, just happen when a member gets the urge to get all the neighbors together for a good time.
